Hon Karungi Joseph the Chairperson LC V Kamwenge District with the District Chairpersons, RDCs, CAOs and DPOs, in a national meeting on *Climatic smart Agricultural transformation project.* 

This this is a world Bank project.  Kamwenge is one of the selected implementing Districts. 

This project will empower farmers.

 Most importantly,  it will help us work on swamps and connecting roads for market access. 

With this project and the coming DRDIP 2, Kamwenge will transform faster - at required speed of our Generational time.

In the near future, I will update you on swamps/ roads for upgrade as will be selected under this project. 

The meeting was officially opened by *Hon Frank Tumwebaze,* Minister MAAIF.
