 I want to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone who came through yesterday to vote for the male Youth Councillor Kamwenge District especially my 184 solid voters regardless of mass intimidations, forgery and bribery.

To my sponsors who sacrificed your resources on me and friends who prayed for me. Thank you. It was indeed a great opportunity as youth to express our constitutional and democratic right.

Yesterday's election was not a mere election but an eye opener that youth of Kamwenge we deserve better. It is unfortunate that some of our elders in our beloved ruling party NRM involved directly and indirectly themselves in subversive tendencies like bribing and intimidating us to sabotage our choice as youth in favour of NRM flag bearer which we strongly still condemn but as a saying goes "Leadership comes from God" regardless of unfairness portrayed yesterday. I want to congratulate Hon. James for winning as the male Youth Councillor Kamwenge District 2026-31 and I pledge to work with him to push Kamwenge youth Agenda.

To my fellow youth, let's embark on our intergenerational responsibilities. Let's refocus and know what we want; They might have rigged, bought and sold our votes and this is not the end. I am really happy that I won your hearts and I promise to still work with you. My agenda for the tenure 2026-31 still remains to be with you as a champion in ensuring that the youth of Kamwenge receive civic education to know our civic responsibilities perhaps in advocating for youth Empowerment in our pursuit to make Kamwenge a modal district for social economics transformation. Thank you all for your love and support.
