Previous Head of Resistance Mathias Mpuuga is ready to report his next political step as the 2026 general decisions approach, following an aftermath with Kavule based Public Solidarity Stage (NUP) party.
Mpuuga, who addresses Nyendo-Mukungwe in Parliament, conflicted with NUP, over initiative contrasts and a dubious sh500 million help grant from the Parliamentary Commission.
The aftermath extended after Kyagulanyi suspended Mpuuga as NUP Delegate President for Buganda District and guided him to step down as a Parliamentary Magistrate, a move Mpuuga stood up to.
Since his suspension, Mpuuga has kept allies speculating about his best course of action.
