- Chief whip and Prime Minister at Kampala University 2023-2025
- President for Greater Kamwenge District Inter-University Students Association 2023-2024.
- Vice Chairman, NRM Youth Council Ganyenda Parish 2025-2030

- Youth Representative, Tooro Kingdom Youth Economic Empowerment Program where first phase of coffee and cocoa plantlets have been distributed to youth in Kamwenge on 31st October, 2025 and 01st November, 2025 respective
Key Priorities
If elected, Isaac pledges to focus on:
1. Youth Financial Empowerment by Organizing youth into savings, investment, and empowerment groups in order to tap into government programs like YLP and PDM.
2. Job Creation and Advocacy by establishing a database for unemployed graduates in Kamwenge as a basis to advocate for job placements to go to Kamwenge youth.
3. Skills and Sports Development by organizing youth district Tournaments annually for talented youth and lobbying for youth skilling programs both from government and NGOs to drive youth innovation.

He is a proven leader with experience in youth mobilization and advocacy; he has organized two General Assembles for the youth at Kamwenge Town council youth hall for the first time in history of Kamwenge district on 01st July, 2024 and 15th July,2025 respectively.
- He has deep roots in Kamwenge and a commitment to its development as a child born in Kamwenge and from a humble background; he stands as an inspiration to the children from humble backgrounds committed to fight poverty and high illiteracy rates in Kamwenge district.
- He has a track record of delivering tangible benefits to youth; he has helped youth get skills especially in soap making, distributed coffee and cocoa etc
