The Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU), Kamwenge Chapter, is pleased to announce the appointment of *Hon. Julius Byaruhanga the Finest* , the LCV Councilor for Busiriba Sub County, to the position of District Publicity Secretary.

Hon Byaruhanga is also journalist by profession which will help him implement the given duty. He brings a wealth of experience in leadership, community mobilization, and public engagement. 

His appointment reflects the League’s continued commitment to strengthening communication, transparency, and civic participation across Kamwenge District.
